What is the minimum order for swimwear?

Ready Design orders start at 100 pieces in total and custom private label swimwear starts at 250 pieces. The minimum is 20 pieces per style and color, with no minimum per size, so each style can be split across the sizes you need.

What is the difference between white label and private label swimwear?

White label swimwear starts from our production-ready Ready Designs, customized with your fabrics, colors and branding. Private label swimwear starts from your own design; we develop the pattern, fit and construction with you. Both routes can be combined in one collection.

Do I need experience or a finished tech pack?

No. We can start from references, screenshots, sketches or notes. Our team builds the pattern in 2D CAD, makes the sample and guides you through style, fit, fabric, print and production decisions in the right order.

How long do sampling and production take?

Ready Design samples take about 3 days and custom samples about 2 weeks. Bulk production takes about 4 to 8 weeks with stocked materials. DHL delivery usually takes 4 to 5 days after the order leaves Bali.

What affects the unit cost of manufacturing swimwear?

Unit cost depends on the style complexity, fabric, print, hardware, finishing and order volume. Pricing steps down as volume grows, with breakpoints around 500, 1,000 and 3,000 pieces. Standard branding at volume includes a heat-transfer label, hygiene liner and hang tag.

What fabrics and colors can I choose from?

We stock recycled, high-shine, textured and crinkle swim fabrics from Carvico, Jersey Lomellina and other leading mills, including fabrics made with ECONYL® regenerated nylon and LYCRA® Xtra Life™. Patterns are graded in precise 2D CAD and samples are approved before bulk begins. Cutting, sewing and quality control stay with the same Bali team, so fit, construction and finishing are checked without passing your order between subcontractors.

Is your swimwear factory sustainable and ethical?

Our core production facility is solar powered and generated about 92 MWh in 2025. Around 95% of the fabric we use is recycled, prints use OEKO-TEX® certified inks, and our team receives above-minimum wages plus BPJS health cover for employees and their families.
