For a high-shine glam look, we stock 80/20 Nylon-Spandex blends at 200 g/m² with excellent recovery. For one-size-fits-most or textured capsules, our Unisize Eco Crinkle (92% Recycled Nylon / 8% Elastane, 600–650 g/m²) delivers four-way omnidirectional stretch that hugs the body without rolling edges. All stocked textiles are kept in our Bali warehouse across 30+ solid shades and 100+ seasonal prints.

Because thong bikinis have minimal back waistband width, traditional woven tags create skin irritation and degrade aesthetics. We utilize industrial heat-transfer polyurethane transfers applied at calibrated temperature and dwell time. These tagless labels stretch and recover without cracking in salt water or chlorinated pools. We also apply self-adhesive, residue-free biodegradable hygiene liners directly into the thong gusset, paired with recycled cardstock hangtags affixed with bio-cotton cord.

For Ready Design styles, sampling requires approximately 3 business days, while custom OEM private label prototypes take 10 to 14 days. Once samples and grading are approved, bulk manufacturing spans 4 to 8 weeks depending on quantity and print complexity.
