How are our design concepts and tech packs protected?
All technical drawings, CAD pattern blocks, custom print patterns, and brand assets are protected by robust non-disclosure clauses in our standard B2B production agreement. We respect intellectual property and never share client designs with competing labels.
Which technical CAD file formats are accepted?
Our engineering studio works directly with DXF, Gerber, AutoCAD, and DGS files. If you do not possess CAD files, our in-house pattern department can build digital CAD geometry directly from sample garments, detailed technical packs, or vector design files.
Can our brand supply proprietary fabrics or trims?
Yes. While our warehouse maintains a huge stock of Italian Carvico ECONYL® fabrics, customers may supply specialized custom fabric or branded hardware. Material samples must pass our factory heat and elasticity tests before line approval.
What are the B2B payment terms and milestones?
Development and sampling rounds are paid in full upon commencement. For bulk production orders, we require a 50% deposit to procure raw materials and initiate cutting, with the remaining 50% balance cleared upon final quality inspection before DHL dispatch.
What if a prototype sample requires technical revisions?
We conduct collaborative video evaluations following your sample receipt. Minor tolerance and fit adjustments are revised into digital CAD patterns. Should a new physical sample be requested, it is expedited swiftly before bulk cutting.
Do you offer dropshipping directly to end consumers?
No. We operate strictly as an OEM/ODM swimwear manufacturing facility. All finished bulk consignments are delivered to your regional headquarters, commercial warehouse, or designated third-party logistics (3PL) center.
