Frequently Asked Questions
1. How much is the sample fee and what is the turnaround time?
For solid color swimsuits, the sample fee is USD 45/pc; for patterned swimwear, it is USD 65/pc. Special fabrics (such as 600 gsm crinkle fabric) are quoted by our design team (approx. USD 65/pc) and include up to 2 revisions. If you place a repeat order of 150 pcs for the same design, color, or pattern within 2 years, the sample fee will be refunded.
2. Why does sample production cost more than bulk units?
Each sample is individually crafted by an experienced technician, which requires significantly more manual effort, pattern configuration, and specific fabric procurement at non-bulk rates. Furthermore, the sample fee includes one complimentary redesign iteration where you only cover subsequent shipping.
3. How does sun and chlorine treatment affect performance and pricing?
Untreated polyester shiny fabrics generally achieve a resistance rating around level 4, while treated sustainable varieties achieve level 2–3. Specialized treated fabrics require higher minimum order yardages and dyeing surcharges. When split over smaller batch sizes, unused fabric allocation increases per-unit cost.
4. Why might your initial quotation be higher than competitors?
Our pricing is calculated thoroughly based on accurate material consumption, accessories, and structural specifications from the start, ensuring transparency. Some vendors provide low or broad estimates initially but increase prices during sample reviews or prior to mass production.
5. Will bulk manufacturing match the approved sample?
While samples are manually constructed by designers to confirm aesthetics and construction, bulk runs are produced on standardized line operations. Minor production tolerances can occur, but comprehensive quality control inspections prior to packaging ensure garments conform to verified standards.
6. How are defective products handled after delivery?
All orders undergo pre-shipment inspections with recorded photographic documentation. If any defective goods are detected, notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photos or videos. Verified factory defects will be reproduced and shipped promptly or credited toward your subsequent shipment.
