Nautical Stripes Classic
Fine-scale engineered stripes on Carvico Brisbane Recycled base.
Engineered For Sun, Salt & Chlorine
A custom swimwear print must maintain rich color fidelity after extensive exposure to intense sunlight, chlorinated pools, salt water, and sun lotions. At Balidao Swimwear Co., Ltd., every printed garment is produced in our dedicated Bali printing studio using state-of-the-art sublimation technology and OEKO-TEX® certified eco-inks.
Women's custom swimwear prints are applied directly to Carvico Brisbane Recycled ♻, an Italian circular-knit polyester fabric certified under GRS and RCS. Polyester molecularly binds dye during sublimation, preventing fading and running while delivering sharper, richer prints compared to traditional nylon surfaces.
82% Recycled Polyester / 18% Elastane (190 g/m²). Engineered specifically for high-definition sublimation, offering UPF 50+ UV protection and high chlorine degradation resistance.
Water-based, zero-heavy-metal certified inks that fuse deeply into polyester microfibers at 200°C, guaranteeing skin safety and exceptional colorfastness against wash and salt water.
Every print program begins with a physical 30 × 30 cm strike-off sample on actual production fabric. Colors and scale are rigorously verified under standard D65 lightbox lighting prior to bulk cutting.
Ready-To-Use Motifs & Custom Options
Choose directly from our curated print archive for rapid turnarounds, or supply your brand's unique vector artwork. All catalog designs are scale-optimized and tested for circular-knit swimwear stretch recovery.
Fine-scale engineered stripes on Carvico Brisbane Recycled base.
Lush tropical foliage calibrated for resort swimsuits and wrap skirts.
Clean geometric check pattern with sharp line precision.
High-contrast, timeless animal motif engineered for all-over patterns.
Predictable B2B Workflow
In-house printing under the same roof as CAD pattern making and stitching prevents misalignments and eliminates third-party freight delays.
Submit vector files or 300 DPI raster artwork. Our prepress team evaluates repeat boundaries, bleed tolerances, and pixel densities.
Scale motifs to garment size specifications. For placement prints, CAD artwork is positioned individually across all size grades.
A 30 × 30 cm strike is printed on production fabric for physical evaluation of pigment depth, resolution, and stretch behavior.
Upon approval, bulk fabric rolls are printed on our commercial calendar sublimation line, inspected, and routed straight to laser cutting.
Prepress Guidelines
Ensuring correct file preparation eliminates rework charges and guarantees razor-sharp edge definition across all size gradings.
| Parameter | Repeat All-Over Print | Engineered Placement Print |
|---|---|---|
| Pattern Type | Continuous seamless tiling across full fabric width | Artwork locked to precise anatomical coordinates per garment size |
| Visual Uniformity | Each piece has subtle organic variation depending on cutting marker | Identical visual placement across all produced pieces in that size |
| Best Applications | Florals, animal textures, abstracts, checks, geometrics | Chest logos, targeted border bands, engineered central gradients |
| Prepress Setup | Standard single-strike verification | Graded 2D CAD marker file per silhouette and size |

The minimum order quantity is 20 pieces per style per print, with no minimum quantity per individual size. You are free to distribute the 20 pieces across your required size breakdown (e.g., XS through XL).
Digital displays generate color through backlit RGB diodes, whereas textile sublimation uses disperse dyes transferred onto woven or circular-knit polyester under high pressure and heat. Color temperature and luminosity vary drastically between monitors. A physical 30 × 30 cm strike-off guarantees true color perception under natural lighting.
No. Carvico VITA is an ECONYL® regenerated nylon (polyamide) fabric engineered specifically for plain dyed solid colors. Direct sublimation printing on nylon exhibits inferior washfastness and chlorine degradation over time. Instead, we print on Carvico Brisbane Recycled, a high-performance recycled polyester base with superior dye affinity.
Every printed swimsuit manufactured by Balidao Swimwear Co., Ltd. is lined with a premium, color-matched solid elastane lining. This ensures full opacity when wet and maintains identical bi-directional stretch tension across both the printed face and interior layer.
Digital strike-off printing takes approximately 24 to 48 hours once files are verified. Bulk printing runs concurrently with cutting and assembly schedules, typically requiring 4 to 8 weeks for complete cut-make-trim bulk manufacturing.
