Ready Design prototypes are billed at 3x bulk unit pricing using in-stock textiles, with zero order minimum. Custom private label sampling is priced at 3x bulk unit cost plus a one-time US$99 technical CAD digitizing and grading setup fee. When you move to bulk production of that specific style, 50% of the sample fee is credited directly against your production invoice. Repeat clients ordering over 500 units receive discounted 2x sampling terms.
How do you verify garment sizing for American, European, and Australian body types?
We maintain comprehensive grading libraries designed to reflect standard ASTM (USA), EN (European Union), and AS (Australian) physical proportions. In addition to computerized CAD grading tables, we conduct live fit testing on diverse body models during the sample iteration phase to confirm comfort, coverage, bust lift, and seam movement.
Can Balidao Swimwear Co., Ltd. formulate custom colors or print patterns?
Yes. For custom solid colors, we provide Pantone TPX/TCX laboratory dip matching. For custom surface pattern prints, we execute in-house digital sublimation printing using OEKO-TEX certified inks. How are import tariffs, international logistics, and documentation managed?
All bulk orders and sampling runs are shipped door-to-door from Denpasar, Bali via DHL Express air freight, averaging 4 to 5 business days transit to North America, the UK, Europe, and Australasia. We provide all commercial invoices, packing lists, and certified Certificates of Origin needed for expeditious customs clearance. Customs duties and destination VAT/taxes remain the responsibility of the importer of record.
